Information Architecture
This architecture map defines the high-level foundational layout of the app, structuring essential areas like Clients, Schedule, Library, Messaging, and Account. It creates a seamless navigation experience that supports trainers and trainees in managing programs, accessing content, and maintaining communication with clarity and ease.
The Solution

The multi tenant app provides a role-driven experience working to connect trainers to trainees. The platform focuses on facilitating a bespoke training plan and direct communication.
Trainer Flows
The trainer side of the app is designed to help fitness professionals manage and grow their business. Trainers can create custom workout plans, set rates, track client progress, and communicate directly with trainees—all in one streamlined platform. The interface supports flexibility, allowing trainers to work with multiple clients, upload personalized videos, and adjust plans in real-time based on client needs.
